GREETINGS & ☀️ SALUTATIONS
I am simply a humble, lighthearted yogi. All I want to do is share what I've learned through my own yoga experiences. Initially, I was drawn into the practice of power yoga; however, these days you can find me in the Mysore room and practicing with other local rocket teachers.
I'm all about creating a safe space, building a supportive community, while including all types of bodies in the yoga room. From new yogis to the experienced, there's always something new to learn & have fun with!
And I make a mean playlist. So come play!

MICHELLE'S PATH TO YOGA
UHH, she literally fell into yoga...
Michelle came to yoga as a way to reintroduce exercise back into her life after suffering a head concussion in 2013. Simple, everyday movements like moving your head side to side became such a challenge. With the help of yoga, Michelle regained her strength and equilibrium. What she didn’t expect to find is the connection of breath with the body, the focus, and stillness of the mind even off the yoga mat. And she's been practicing and teaching ever since!
Michelle is registered through Yoga Alliance and is currently designated EYT-200 & YACEP. She also holds an additional 100-hour certification in Rocket Yoga through Progressive Ashtanga PR, as well as a 50-hour Yin training through Yael Flusberg.
Off mat, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband, hiking with their adorable pups, and fishing at local ponds.
